Faced with looming redundancies the pilots at BA Citiflyer have pulled together to agree a package of measures to save costs.
 
The package was designed to save 7 first officers from redundancy.

The proposal was put to vote and 60% of the returned votes were in favour of the cost saving measures. The ballot turnout was 72%
