Kasisi Children’s Home
Location: Lusaka, Zambia.
About: 250 children aged one to 21. The main objective of the children’s home is to provide the children with basic needs, care, love and affection and to ensure that they are self-supporting when they reach adulthood.
How to get there: the best way is to call Sister Mariola on +260 (0) 977651164 or 965651164. They will come to collect you from the hotel and take you back.
What to take: clothes of different sizes, shoes, towels, bed sheets, school materials, toiletries, etc. They urgently need baby powder milk, especially SMA Gold, but other types are also very useful.
