Thomas Cook strike goes ahead

Thomas Cook pilots went on strike at 0300hrs on Friday 8th September, over year-on-year, real-terms pay cuts, cuts to terms and conditions and frustration with the company’s intransigent stance during negotiation. It is the first strike by British pilots in more than 40 years.
