Government action has shut down aviation and it must receive support immediately 

BALPA calls on Government to recognise that policies on borders, quarantine, testing and lockdown, followed by today’s statement from the Transport Secretary, that people should not book any holidays, mean the aviation industry is essentially shut down. 

Talk of a British vaccine passport to rescue this year’s holidays is great news, but a global scheme would be even better
